Fred, I've just looked at the lecture notes and specifically at the page explaining 'the prescribed part'
What could there be in the notes that you could possibly not understand?!
NB You were REALLY lucky that I saw this post! In future, if you want a guaranteed response, post on the Ask ACCA Tutor forum and I SHALL get back to you

Abdullah, thank you for that observation. Sadly, it's not very helpful :-(
Precisely which 'certain parts' have I missed? If it's a topic / sub-topic that I felt was easily read and understandable by the student population then, yes, it is probable that I have missed some sections. Let me know precisely which these sections are and I'll review them to determine their difficulty.
Incidentally, you were really lucky that I saw your post. In future, if you want a guaranteed response from me, post your comments / questions in the Ask ACCA Tutor forum and I SHALL get back to you
OK?

Good Afternoon. Thank you for your lectures. I was wondering where is the part where you talk about the "sequence of distribution of assets in a liquidation" and the "prescribed part'.
