Greetings Sir, I live in Afghanistan, very few people are able to do acca from here bcz of insufficient of good teachers. Yesterday I passed my F3 with 74% with the help of your lectures and notes. Can’t thank you enough ???
hello!!! I have taken an exemption from MA (F2) because of my Bachelor (Accountancy and Finance). I will sit the PM thought. Should I refresh my memory on MA before I start studying PM? Do you think I can cope with it if I don’t? Are the PM kind of MA ‘part 2’ or is it completely different?
PM is more advanced and it is only certain parts of MA that are relevant (other parts are examined in Paper FM).
If you are watching my lectures for Paper PM, then I revise the relevant parts of MA in the lectures. I would only look at the MA lectures if you come to things that you find you have forgotten.
hello im a fulltime employee it will be hard to attend classes at my local place. i need to ask is it possible to self study F1 To F9 with the help of open tution and exam kits as i get enough time at work ?
It is possible to study for all the ACCA exams using OpenTuition (plus Revision Kits). The lectures are complete courses, and are the same as you would get if you attended face-to-face courses. The only difference, of course, is that cannot ask questions during the lectures. However, that is why we have our Ask the Tutor Forums, so if something is not clear from the lectures, then you can ask in the Forums.
Hello Sir, I want to thank you sir! I m 16 years old and i have passed my F1-F4 exams in first attempt and now i m preparing for F5 (September 2018 sitting) and i would like to mention it to all that i have been able to do it only because of the awesome and perfect and soo understandable lectures of OpenTuition . Just with the lectures and revision kit i scored 70 in my F2 exam.
Yes, they cover more than enough to pass the exam well. Provided you also buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers, because they contain lots of exam standard questions for practice, and practice is vital to passing the exam.
Firstly there is no point in using the notes unless you are also watching the free lectures that go with them. It is in the lectures that I work through the examples and explain and expand on the notes.
Secondly it is vital that you buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers. They are full of exam standard questions for practice, and practice is vital to passing the exam.
Certainly, if you are watching the lectures and if you attempt every question in a Revision Kit, then that is more that sufficient to be able to pass the exam.

Any option to download these videos, its very expensive to watch this videos online
thank.
John Moffat says
No – they can only be watched online. It is the only way that we can keep this website free of charge.

I can find the test link for this lecture
ijele says
I meant that i couldn’t find the link to the test
John Moffat says
I assume that you really mean that you can’t find the link!
Try looking at the index for the tests (linked from the main F2 page):
https://opentuition.com/acca/f2/acca-f2-practice-questions/
(and, of course, you will find many other practice questions in your Revision Kit)

Plz tell me your MA opentuition notes is enough for exam preparation
John Moffat says
On their own, no, for two reasons.
Firstly there is no point in using the notes unless you are also watching the free lectures that go with them. It is in the lectures that I work through the examples and explain and expand on the notes.
Secondly it is vital that you buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers. They are full of exam standard questions for practice, and practice is vital to passing the exam.

pls can a senior high school graduate be able to do acca
John Moffat says
You need to check the rules on the ACCA website – http://www.accaglobal.com
(In future you should ask questions like this in the general forum, and not as a comment on one of the lectures!).

Hello!
I am preparing to take ACCA F2, F3 in this August.
Do your materials Sep-Dec17 aproppriate for me?
Looking forward your reply!
Thanks!
John Moffat says
You must ask this sort of question in the Ask the Tutor Forums, and not as a comment on a lecture.
However, the answer is that your materials are fine to study from – the syllabus has not changed 馃檪
vikulchik07 says
Oh, great! Thank you for your reply and for amazing lessons! =)
