It seems that the 7th question of test of chapter 6 is misplaced, for I find the content related to it in the notes of chapter 14 instead of chapter 6.
Hi, can someone explain to me why “there are some restrictions on you to see your personal data” is the correct answer?
I thought a data subject has the right to access the data.
Is it applied to the case when data is held by the police and security right?

redundancy can lead to the dismissal of an employee??????
You can refer to page 45 in the last paragraph about 3 ways in which an employee can be dismissed

Because it is not one of the offences in the legislation you were taught about in the notes and lectures.
where did you get question 7 from??? practise questions has only 5 questions

There were probably at least seven questions at the time the question was posed in April 2020.
