      Hello,
Pass rate is the people who get passed out of 100 e.g 37 mean , 37 people got passed in f5 out of 100.
The actual Pass mark is 50 if you score 50 or more than that then you are pass in F5
      Good LUck

The whole population who wrote F5 represent a 100% , so if the pass rate is 37,means only 37% out of the entire population passed. U had 45,meaning u belong to the remaining 63% who didn’t pass. Goodluck and hope u fall among the pass rate this time.

    Dear Friends,
The pass rates the foundation FAB, FMA,FFA the pass rate are low compare to F1,F2 and F3.The syllabus are same but the exams foundation are different .It is not encouraging for FIA student to get low marks and to go further to their studies hey would rather abandon ACCA.studies.The ACCA estabhishment should amend the examination to encourage student to progress and to promote ACCA studies to the world. This study is very important to all people around the globe.

      I understand your concern.
However the ACCA has a standard to maintain and they can not be expected to make the exams easier just so that more people pass them.
It would not be fair because then the people passing these papers would have problems passing the later exams.
