Hello sir . I want to know that if question is asked to prepared flexed budget like YUMI co , do we just have to prepare it or to also compare it with the actual and show variance?

5y ago#1You do not say where to find this question and so I don't know (if it is a past exam question or from the BPP Revision Kit then tell me which).
If the question wants the variances it will ask. If all it asks for is the flexed budget then that is all that is needed.
