Wrongful dismissal Vs Unfair dismissal

I'm sure these are explained and illustrated in the free course notes! Have you read them? "Wrongful" is where an employee is dismissed but the procedure followed in that dismissal was incorrectly followed - it was wrong! "Unfair" is where an employee is dismissed without there being a justifiable reason for that dismissal - it was unfair! Check the free course notes for examples
