What if I took F8 n P1 for Jun 2016, and passed my P1 n fail my F8, will it be counted as a pass? or will ACCA not recognised my P1 pass because i didn't complete my Skills module[F4 - F9]?

Of course it's a pass. It only means that you have to take a resit a next session if you want to attempt another P paper.
