So i can't complete my appliction for new exams.
How should i do?

Have you tried using another browser (such as google chrome) or changed your cookie settings? (found under internet options)
Have you tried changing your browser settings to allow cookies? It is tool internet options on IE.
Alternatively try another browser such as google chrome that can be downloaded for free online.
