Who sends ban confirmation request letter and receivable circulation letter.

Request for bank confirmation sent by auditor to bank; bank sends reply to auditor. Request for receivable confirmation sent by client to customers (but posted by auditors); replies sent to auditor.

Thanks for your answer, now I am sure that bank confirmation request is send by auditor, which includes authority letter signed by client.
