Which Software to use for Practicing For case study exams?

I checked the demo Exam online provided by pearson VUE but the thing is after i write my notes etc in it using the same formatting tools on it. I cant copy the content i just wrote to save for myself.
While in word it tells all my spelling mistakes which i don’t want as i wanna create exam like situation for every day practice. Anyone knows such Software u used for your exams which is Quite similar to Cima’s Case study exams?

Also how to learn to apply concepts of theory in Pre-seen material? Even after i know the theory i am not able to apply it properly any tips or suggestions regarding this will be very helpful!
