In my own opinion, the fact you are planning to move outside India would suggest that the global version may be better choice for you. However, a lot of this depends on which country you are considering moving to and the type of accounting or finance role that you wish to pursue. In order to be a practicing public accountant you must pass relevant local exams based on legal accounting and auditing regulations in place in that country or even the individual region of a country.
