If you want a direct response from the tutor please use the ask the tutor forum. This forum is primarily designed for students to help one another. In my own opinion, the fact you are planning to move outside India would suggest that the global version may be better choice for you. However, a lot of this depends on which country you are considering moving to and the type of accounting or finance role that you wish to pursue. In order to be a practicing public accountant you must pass relevant local exams based on legal accounting and auditing regulations in place in that country or even the individual region of a country.
