The open tuition notes are for tests from September 2019 to August 2020. I’m planning to give MA exams this July/August 2019 so would it be fine to study from those notes?

There have been additions to the syllabus that apply from September 2019.
If you are taking the exam before September then ignore chapters 22 and 23 of the September 2019 notes. The other chapters cover everything in the syllabus up to September 🙂
