Where to write answers for Section A and Section B

I will appreciate if you can help me. As previously I took only CBE exams this paper based exam is confusing regarding if we need to transfer our answers to the cover answer sheet or not. For Section A where do we need to write our choices ? Is there a separate sheet provided to write the final answers ? And regarding Section B each question contains couple of requirements, is there final stage of writing the answers ? As exam is approaching I will appreciate of you can answer me as soon as possible?
