32.8 In the context of the law of agency, an agent will NOT be liable for a contract in which of the following
instances?
? Where the agent fails to disclose that they are acting as such
? Where the agent intends to take the benefit of the contract and does not disclose they are acting as
an agent
? Where the agent acts on their own behalf although claiming to be an agent
This question in BPP revision kit, and the answer is A. But i dont understand why? Can you help to explain. Thanks!
Options 2 and 3 are situations where the agent is acting on his / her own behalf so the agent will be liable
Option 1 the agent is acting for an undisclosed principal but is still acting as an agent and will therefore not be liable
OK?
I got it. Thank you Sir!
You’re very welcome
