Hi,
What is the word we use in place of withholding tax in F6? In my BPP book I did not find it any where, is there some other word we use to describe/mention withholding tax in ACCA?
Thank you! =)
Is With holding Tax same as PAYE? Please explain the difference.
Thank you
Withholding tax refers to overseas tax deducted on a source of income that is also chargeable to UK tax. You will not find this in a F6 text as overseas tax is not within the syllabus – you have to wait until P6 before you get the pleasure of that subject!
