withdrawal of acceptance and withdrawal of offer…this topics are unclear to me…i can’t understand that topic though i read it frequently….. can anybody help pls???
withdrawal of an offer is ” revocation by the offeror ( the guy who made the offer revokes it ) ” , and as far as i know once u accept an offer it becomes a contract so….. i dont think there is anything about withdrawal of acceptance in the f4 syllabus
thngs faheem…bt in bpp book they describe the withdrawal of acceptance as follows……
“acceptance may be withdrawn if the withdrawal reaches the offeror before or at the same time as the acceptance have become effective. “……bt i don’t understand what they mean….
