Can someone tell me the important chapters for F9 paper?
Net present values featured a lot in the exam I just took. So I will say NPV.
Obviously, you should study all topics in order to maximise your likelihood of passing, but personally I would say that the following are essential:
1. Investment appraisal
2. Working Capital Management
3. Foreign exchange
4. Sources of finance (dividend policy, the cost of capital etc.).
Watching the Opentuition lectures as well as using an up-to-date study text should be sufficient. The most important thing is to do as many practise questions as possible.
All the best!
Here is a link which I follow for the F9 paper. Hope it will help you.

ACA tutor: Why on earth have you published a link to a 2013 syllabus which is now of no relevance whatsoever ???
Paper F9 is now called FM. The current syllabus is available on the ACCA website.
