Does everyone agree with this measure – to wear face mask and gloves during the exam? How do they imagine us to sit 3-4 hours and trying to write as fast as possible to be in time? You’ll get stuffy in that mask and writing with gloves will be a total disaster.
I’m about to write an email to ACCA support to remove this meausure. If there are more of us approaching them with this topic it might have an influence.best,
Elena.August 24, 2020 at 8:06 am #581710ACCA’s guidance is clear that ACCA must conduct exams in accordance with local country guidelines. At the present time, for UK/IRL it says:
[] Face masks should be worn by all students.
[] Gloves MAY also be worn by students and staff.Full details are available here:

I am going to try at home full exam in mask and gloves to have real exam experience. hopefully gloves would not be required, but who knows?
August 24, 2020 at 2:03 pm #581758“MAY” in the current UK/Ireland guidance does not mean must. For example, I wear a mask when I shop but I CHOOSE to wear gloves also (and this is permitted).
