May i ask when can using "we, us" when in answer, while when need to write answer as third party perspective like" the company, ABC company"?

3y ago#1It depends on 'who you are' according to the scenario.
If you are internal to the company, eg the CFO's PA, then I think 'we/us' are ok - but also 'the company' would work fine too.
If you are external eg a consultant, then 'the company' is more appropriate.
So, you won't usually go far wrong by using 'the company', but pay attention to the requirement.
