Good morning,
I am wondering if you can help me with whether VAT can be charged for an incentive payment i.e. a sub contractor acheives a set target so an incentive is paid. Would there be VAT payable on the incentive payment?

The sub contractor should issue a VAT invoice for the full value of the taxable supply
