Ask the Tutor ACCA PM

Variance

IIsabella3y ago
Hello John, I have a question in my mind from several days. Like we have Sales Volume Planning and Operation variances or Material Price Planning and Operation Variance. Can we have Material Mix variance broken in Material Mix Operational and Planning variance? Or can we have Material yield variance broken into components of Operational and Planning?

I have seen your question now. We do not sit at the computer 24 hours a day and you posted the question in the middle of the night (my time)!!! Sorry, but we do not provide full answers to full questions. You must have an answer in the same book in which you found the question, so ask about whatever it is in the answer that you are not clear about and then I will explain.
