Is variance anaylsis part of feedforward or feedback control or both? Few line would be very helpful.

5y ago#1For Paper MA, it is feedback control because we are calculating the variance at the end of the period and if something has gone wrong in operations then trying to correct the problem for the future.
(In later exams we do more analysis and there can also be feedforward control, but this is not relevant for Paper MA.)
