Hello sir,
If a public school has staff to students ratio of 1:12.
Another school has staff to students ratio of 1:10
My question is which school will be more efficient considering the fact that value for money is used to measure their performance.

4y ago#1The first school is the most efficient because the have more students per member of staff.
(They might not be as effective - we do not know.)
