Hello Gromit
what to do about support activities such as procurement when the questions asks specifically about primary activities?
for example, dec 2014 question 4 asks about analyzing primary activities but is it reasonable to mention the role of procurement in inbound logistics? after all inbound cannot be possible without procurement?
can we mention the role of secondary activities even if the questions asks for primary ones?
please help
I would stay away from the support activities if they ask you to analyse primary. I know they are linked, but the question’s wording would have been carefully chosen to get you to talk about primary activities only.
