I went through most of the P4 lectures and found it immensely useful.
just wondering if there are any lectures for Chapter 16 and Chapter 17 on Mergers and Corporate reorganisation. I could not find any videos on these topics.

10y ago#1There are no lectures because although mergers etc are important there are no extra techniques involved above those covered in other chapters. It is more a question of approach than learning extra techniques.
That is why I have recorded lectures going through several question 1's from past exams - you can find them linked from the main P4 page. These go through the questions and the approach to them.
