I am planning to sit audit 2021 June session.

The thing is that I have an old text book valid to 2017 June and I am just curious if I can still use it or not for 2021 June sitting. (I have the latest revision kit)

I have checked all of the syllabus changes ever since 2017 July..

To me, I do not think there were significant and important changes though.. I am not sure ..

I’ll highly appreciate your answer and advice.

If you plan to have a textbook for reference, 2017 is definitely too old and likely to include technically obsolete material that could confuse or mislead you – certainly in relation to corporate governance and ethics and possibly reporting.

If you don’t want to buy a book you could see how you get on with our resources and you can always browse the internet for reference materials – the ISAs, UK Corporate Governance Code and IESBA/ACCA Codes of Ethics are all downloadable for free. If you go down this route and have any problem finding these just post to this forum and I can provide links.
