Hello. Maybe this will help someone. The references F1, F2, F3 are time zones. You can select any of them and follow through the next pages to find suitable available exam times to book. If not available, just click on previous to return to the initial page and try another entry reference to find another suitable exam time for yourself.

I thought it might be related to time zones but don't have access to a student myACCA so could not replicate (and it's not clear from the video because it shows just one F option after selecting a time zone). So THANK YOU Denis for confirming that

I have the same issue and i believe its the Morning, afternoon and evening session . I Just need to know the times.

@aminat - you have to select one and proceed to see the times available to you as per Denis's post above. It varies depending on location.
