I want to know whether there is fast decision making in case of unitary tier board or two tier board..i read somewhere that unitary tier board has slower decision making ..can u please explain why?
November 29, 2020 at 5:18 pm #597028I don’t understand that point either. In fact, in our SBL notes I suggest that two tier boards will be slower.
November 30, 2020 at 7:12 am #597069Yes even i was thinking that two tier board should be slower as it involves strategy direction from supervisory board and then it needs to be implemented by management board so it would be a slower decision making as per my understanding …please correct me if i am wrong
November 30, 2020 at 11:40 am #597123You are correct – it will often produce two decision-making occasions which will almost certainly take longer.
January 29, 2021 at 2:57 pm #608453I have read somewhere saying because the unitary board has fixed date for board meeting, so its slower. Is this the case?
January 29, 2021 at 3:32 pm #608459Why does it have fixed dates for board meetings? Directors can hold meetings whenever they want to.
