    Hi All,

I’ve been trying to book an exam using the exam planner for March 2024. After adding the exam and clicking on ‘confirm availability’ it directs me to the booking page of Pearson VUE. After loading for sometime it redirects me back to the confirm availability page. I’ve tried to do it on multiple devices using different browsers. I’ve even tried to do it after clearing my browsing data and cache but to no avail. I’ve emailed ACCA student help and they’ve asked me to do the same things that I’ve mentioned above.

There is only a week left to book and I’m at the risk of losing my preferred timings so please help me to get around this.

    Thank You.

I am having the same issue – it keeps taking me back to the “your plan” page. I am worried I won’t be able to book in time too…

I just called them and they have an automated message saying “we are sorry for the issue with Study hub and exam planner and this is under investigation, our advise is to try again later” and there was no one available to talk to.

I will keep checking back on the website and let you know if it works.

If you look at the “contact us” page https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us-student, selecting the options to get to “Booking an exam”, there is a banner alert:

“Exam planner and Study Hub issues: 22/1/24 at 08:00 GMT
We’re very sorry for the current issues with exam planner and Study Hub. They are under investigation. Our advice is to try later.
Unfortunately our advisers are unable to help at this time.”

Which means ACCA is on to it, and you can only wait as advised.
