in question 13.8 the answer included part of interest which was supposed to be paid after the year end?
in question 13.11 how rights issue dilutes shareholding?
in question 14.1 task 5 in the answer it included depreciation but did accumulated depn already include all depreciation up to this day.
I have no idea as to where you are finding these examples. They are not examples in our free lectures notes, so are they from a book (and if so which book??)
its from bpp revision kit
my bad i forgot to mention
13.8. If you look at the workings in the answer, it is only taking the interest for the period 1 July 20X2 to 30 June 20X3
13.11 More shares are issued and if existing shareholders do not take all of them it means there will be new shareholders and that means existing shareholders end up owning a smaller % of the company.
14.1 The trial balance is prepared before this years depreciation is charged. I explain this in my lectures (and note 4 of the question makes it clear anyway).
