IS employee an asset of a company ?? If YES then why don't we treat them according to IAS 16 or IAS 38 ?? and if NO then why NO ??

15y ago#1No, because the employer does not control the employee - he / she can leave their employment at any time. Therefore, because control is absent, an emloyee does not satisfy the definition of an asset ( see the Framework for the definition - or look at OT course notes )
