Hi Is there any chance that you could give me the time in the lecture when I mention Learn Fast Rats? I assume that the lecture is the one that relates to Chapter 10 in the English variant notes

Hi Mike It was around the 5 min mark as mentioned in the trading certificate lecture Chapter 10. I hope you can tell me what you mean by the Mneumonic. Kind regards, Arahn

Hi At 5 minutes 20 seconds in the Chapter 10 Trading Certificates lecture, I mention the differences between Companies and Partnerships and ask if you remembered those difference when I pointed them out in the previous lecture I believe that you'll find in the Partnership Law lectures the mnemonic Learn Fast Rats as being the way to remember those differences So Learn Fast Rats is a Partnership mnemonic and NOT a Trading Certificate mnemonic All cleared now?

Hi Mike Thanks for your reply. I cannot find the mneumonic you have mentioned in the partnership lecture. Could you let me know what lecture it appears in ? Thanks Arahn

Hi again This question goes back to at least August 2019 when a student Andrewire asked about Learn Fast Rats. The mnemonic is to identify the differences between a company and a partnership, but I cannot now (nor could I then!) find anywhere in the detailed notes where I have filled out the mnemonic I do remember, in an earlier version of the course notes, having a separate page for this mnemonic but at some time in history I appear to have instructed Admin to remove it Do you want to try to fill it out for yourself? You could start with, for example, L(iability) E(xistence) A(ccounts) R(egistration) ... Keep going and see how far you can get - you're doing this only for your own benefit - it will never appear in this form in an ACCA Exam! OK?
