the manager decided to adopt TQM. the manager commented, since we adopted TQM there is no need to follow standard costing anymore.
comment on manager's comment.
(i am writing in my own words).

i wrote manager is correct.

I have not yet seen the paper and so I cannot really comment until I have read exactly what was asked.
However, as long as you made sensible comments you will get credit for them.
