    Could anyone let me know what topics came up in the June exam? (did duration come up?) Or what topics they expect in September.

    Obviously it’s important to study all of them but it will help to narrow my efforts.

    Interest rate hedges with stuff from an article
    Foreign NPV
    The usual Business Valuation question
    Dark pool
    MBO/MBI
    Breach of debt covenant
    Convertible loan or something similar i guess, it had the same calculations
    Risks and assumptions of NPV

    Thats what I remember. But please dont neglect any of these topics. He repeated interest rate hedges despite a full question appearing in Dec 14
