Watch the lecture working through example 3 in Chapter 22.
The lectures are a complete free course and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.

I did check but, it doesn’t have the example telling how to do question when there is an exchange of shares for consideration like in illustration 6 of Kaplan book page no 418. also mid-year acquisitions

You didn’t ask about fair value of consideration, you asked about the fair value of assets adjustment.
Share for share consideration is virtually never asked in Paper FA – it is more Paper FR. Mid-year acquisitions follow normal rules and do not warrant an extra lecture.
