Because I used 16 ratios in Financial Analysis (FA) and included Tables for each alongside 4 graphs/bar charts, I’m facing the following problems:
    1. the whole FA looks cluttered with tabulated numbers
    2. tables eating up a lot of word count unnecessarily. if i could save them, i could use them in more analysis of ratios

    so my question is:
i have already tabulated everything in my Workings sheet in Appendices. can I not re-tabulate some of them in my FA? eg say, the gross margin table is already there in Workings sheet of Appendices. can i skip pasting that table on my FA and go straight into analyzing the gross margin phenomenon by just referring to the Table in Appendices Workings?
saves a lot of words if I can do this with several ratios. not sure if that’s ok?

    pls help. thanks in advance.

Have a look on this below link. You can do like this if you wish.

Include the details (numbers used to arrive the final figure and the formula that you used to calculated it in the appendix.
Also note that it is not a must to make graphs for all the ratios you calculate.
