hi sir, i failed f8 in dec 2011 and will be making a seond attempt in june 2012 ..can u plz give me some tips on how to pass in f8 exam...such as important topics, how to study, etc..

Planning
Risk
Internal controls and tests of controls
Assertions
Substantive tests
Computer assisted audit techniques
Ethics
Audit reports
Actually, that's most of the syllabus!
Anyhow, make sure that in all your answers you:
Address the details given in the scenario
Write in as much detail as you can
Answer, precisely, the question that was set
There are some worked questions and quizzes on this site for you to have a look at.
Good luck in June.

sory am a new user and do not know how to ost the question to admin. i like the open tuition lectures but i dont know if the contain every thing in the f8 syllabus such that i can rely on them only.
