Is there a time frame for Re-submission.
I resubmitted my RAP in P39 but my previous submission was in P36. Information pack doesn't suggest any time frame. However some topic in Open tution suggest this>?
Can you please confirm?

Timeframe for resubmission
If you are resubmitting then you still have to be within your 10 years of registration when you resubmit. If using the same topic you may resubmit on the same company (so you may continue to use the company from the industrial sector for Topics 8 and 15 that was current in P36). However if you change topic or company you are bound by the current rules on selection in the information pack for those topics. The new assessment criteria (Appendix 1) apply to all submissions - first time or resubmissions.
