hi, could anyone please let me know that in how much minimum time can f3 subject be prepared in.

That is an impossible question to answer.
Some people find it easy and get through the studying quickly. Others find it harder and therefore obviously take longer.
Why not start working through the Course Notes and lectures now! When you have been through 6 or 7 chapters you will then have a better feel for how long it is likely to take you.
