Hi John,
Please could you give me guidance on the amount of time to spend on each section.

You should be aiming to limit yourself to 54 minutes for each of sections A and B, and 36 minutes for each of the Section C questions.
Any time left over, then you can go back and spend more time on sections that you did not manage to complete.
