I would not worry too much about backflush, because it is being removed from the syllabus next year which makes it unlikely to be asked this time.
Envico is a very hard question - much too hard for F5 (it was originally a Paper P5 question). Questions 23 and 26 are much more important and are the right level of difficulty for Paper F5.
