    Hello sir
I wanted to ask relating to theory of fm where should i learn it from
Section c questions require long answers
    For example
Discuss the similarities and differences between working capital policies
Discuss three factors which determine the level of a companys investment in working capital
Identify and discuss the factors to be considered in determining the optimum level of cash to be held by a company
Usually i learn theory from technical articles and your notes

It is important to understand the theory rather than just learning what is written.

You are right to use the technical articles on the ACCA website and to use our lecture notes (although there is no point in using our notes unless you are watching the lectures that go with them. The notes are only lectures notes – not a Study Text – and it in the lectures that I explain and expand on the notes.)

Most important is that once you have finished studying, that you have a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA Approved Publishers and that you attempt every question. It is only by making notes yourself on the written parts of past questions in the kit and only afterwards reading the printed answers that you can really make sure that you will be giving the answers required to get the marks.
