Hi sir, I am having trouble pointing out who is involved in the preparation of FS, 1) Sales director 2) Financial controller 3) Marketing director 4) Accounts junior Are they all involved in the preparation of financial statements? Thanks in advance.

2 certainly isminvolved; 4 might be. 1 and 3 are very unikely to be.
