Good day sir, I’ve read PM article from acca website about the risk of uncertainty and in this article, they mention about the measure of dispersion using standard deviation. i wonder if its included in PM syllabus?

No - you cannot be asked to calculate the standard deviation (or do anything with it) in paper PM.
