    1. in part (B), i know that today’s date is 1 september ( in part (a)). However, just by looking at the part (b), it says that “in the next six months is that it is due to receive 25million from Bardsley Co on 30 November”

    just by looking at this sentence, we may able to assume today’s date is 1 June (Even if 1 september is shown in the question)

    that means usually that particular sentence is like a kind of trick set by examiner ?

    2. if that is not a trick, that means there will always be a today’s date shown in the question ?
    because sometimes i saw some questions where the date is now shown .

    Today is 1 September.

    When the question says “the most significant transaction in the next 6 months”, it does not mean in exactly six months, it means the most significant transaction during the next 6 months.

    I appreciate that the wording can be confusing if English is not your first language, but I am afraid that the wording is correct.
