Hi,
I faced a technical issue after entering information which document and from which country I wanted to take photo. After 45min trying to solve it in chat with technical support I somehow got into exam, but the greeter was not able to see me (I run test before exam), he wrote me, called me and then asked to restart computer, after I did it, the time for launching exam ended:(
Terrible feeling.And I see that at the moment I even can’t rebook exam. I hope that I can rebook without paying again as it was not my fault.
December 9, 2022 at 11:12 am #674076I had similar issue with my FM exam today, couldn’t get pass the same stage in the app, wasn’t able to chat with anybody though and didn’t get into exam. I’m not able to rebook at the moment. I’m not going to pay another exam fee, this has to be resolved, not our fault we couldn’t sit the exam!

December 9, 2022 at 8:10 pm #674114I will try to re-book first, there was a “rebook” button beside my exam but I’m unable to select new dates, will try again tomorrow.
I spent over 30 minutes today on the phone but never got to speak with the advisor. - AuthorPosts
