For which of the follwing application is teamworking not best suited ?
A Ideas generation for innovation
B Co-ordination of different function
C Crisis decision-making
D Co-ordination of geographically dispersed workersAnswer: is C crisis decision-making
Please explain to me why the answer is this and also explain what is crisis decision-making if convienient.
A, B, D all benefit from input from lots of people to spark ideas or achieve co-ordination.
A crisis implies that a fast decision is needed and that does not often come from team-working where discussions can drag on too long. As with all crises, the fast decision that is necessary might be wrong, but the driver is getting a decision quickly.
