10y ago#1A, B, D all benefit from input from lots of people to spark ideas or achieve co-ordination.
A crisis implies that a fast decision is needed and that does not often come from team-working where discussions can drag on too long. As with all crises, the fast decision that is necessary might be wrong, but the driver is getting a decision quickly.
