Hi everyone 🙂
Today I received great news because I passed F9. Today I was thinking to take two exams in December. Do you think that I can take F5&F6 together? As far as I know, F5 is similar to F9 and it should be easier to study then.I am planning to start to study next week and study around 15h/week. Finish both study books 6 weeks before the exams to focus only in practise.
Could you please give me your opinion?
Thanks and regards,

I see no reason why you should not be able to pass F5 and F6 together.
(However, there is not really any similarity between F5 and F9 (except that they are both approximately 50% calculations and 50% written).
F5 is performance management (budgeting, variance analysis, costing etc..) whereas F9 is (as you are aware) financial management (investment appraisal, cost of capital etc.)August 9, 2014 at 12:45 pm #188898Thanks Jhon for your quick reply.
I think I am able to pass the two exams. But I am a bit afraid as I am going to start next week to study and I am also studying myself. But if I organize properly I have enough time.
Thanks for your advice 🙂

August 13, 2014 at 9:22 pm #189953Hi Esther
Just go for it. I took f4 and f6 in june passed both all credit to Open Tuition. I got revision kit 1 week before exam. I just listened to the lectures here. But this time a bit change in plan I would start studying asap for dec with Open Tuition lectures and a month before practice and revision. I am planning f5 and f7 in dec. Have yu done f7? I work full time. Till now I have passed all my 5 papers through Open Tuition.
Good luck.
