I have a general question with regards to F4 English LW current course content…I am still using the BPP book of period from 2019 to Aug 2020 however in the video lectures and notes I am finding much of the content e.g. title of chapters are different…could you please notify me if there is a big change in the content and should I buy a new book please?

There are no changes to syllabus for September 2020 to August 2021. For September 2021 to August 2022 the only change seems to be the deletion of European Court of Justice from the structure of English Law and Legal system part of syllabus. Hope this helps.
