has the syllabus for P3 changed from December 2011 sitting?

is Q1 to remain an 1/ analysis question and 2/ strategy question

is project management still to be tested as part B question

In the SA technical article "Summary of changes to the ACCA Qualification for all 2012 study guides" in Oct 2011 page 7, Summary of changes to Paper P3, there are no changes to Paper P3 for 2012.
